1.) How do you handle website hosting and domain names?

Every website must have a domain name and a hosting account in order to be on the Internet. We recommend Godaddy.com for domain names, which can usually be purchased for about $8 a year. We also recommend Godaddy’s hosting accounts (the Economy plan is usually all that is required) which can be purchased for about $6 a month. We find that this option lets our customers be in complete control of their websites future, something that many website designers do not do. The process is simple, Go to their website buy a domain and or hosting account (be careful they try to sell you extra stuff that you dont need) and then send us the login information to your godaddy account.

2.) Describe the process, what do I need to do to get started?

The first thing to do is to contact us by phone or email and to get a quote for your website, after that we can decide on the look and price of your new website either verbally or via a written quote . Once a super low price has been agreed upon you can start the process by paying half of the agreed amount using any major credit card or Pay Pal at this link . The other half is paid upon its completion.

The next thing to do is to send us as much content (pictures and written text) as you would like on your site. You can do this either by email or we can physically pick up a copy of the material. If you know exactly how you want everything to be that is fine make sure to let us know, if you are not to sure how you want it all to look, that’s fine too, we can usually figure out a good way to distribute all the information on our own. We do ask that you get us all the content within 4 days of the first payment so that we can stay on schedule and keep our commitments to other clients.
